GENERAL and PRE-PURCHASE QUESTIONS
What’s the difference between the free letters and the North Pole packages?
The free Santa letters can only be personalized with your child’s name and have a simple background design. They come with a letter only.
The North Pole packages include a personalized letter that includes your child’s name and other details that you provide, as well as a matching Nice List certificate and envelope design.
All of the letters are designed to be printed at home. We do not mail the letters to you.

You will need Adobe Reader to access your letters and documents. If you don’t have Adobe Reader, you can get the free Adobe Reader download here.
Will my letter look exactly like it did in the preview?
Your letter will look very close to what you see in the preview, but the preview is only an approximation. The actual output may vary slightly. However, the text will be exactly what you see in the preview, so please be sure to check your spelling, capitalization, punctuation, etc.
